I am Dutch and I live in Bonaire (Netherlands Antilles). I lived for 4 years in Fiji, half a year in Vanuatu and 17 years in Scotland. In the last 10 years I have spend nearly three years in Hawai'i. I love nature, ecology, watersports, movies, a good glass of wine and spending time with my two kids, Clark and Natalja.

During my travels I am writing a series of articles in 2006 on sustainable living and conservation projects for seedmagazine.com.

I have lots of interests. I design and market websites. I love gardening, and growing orchids. I am involved iin turtle protection. I am a Scuba Dive Instructeur with 8 Specialties. Here are some of my diving experiences. I enjoy taking photographs above and under water. I enjoy painting.
